Why Team Quest?
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 25 years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, Coach Jeanne got frustrated with injured endurance athletes, calling in a panic before a key race and needing to be treated for injuries that were often preventable with smart training progressions and strength and mobility work. If you’re sick, in pain or injured, you can’t train or race to your full potential! One of Team Quest’s primary objectives is keeping you healthy throughout your training! Having a coach who is also a physical therapist makes this much easier!
Are you putting in the work with training, but you’re frustrated that you’re not getting significantly faster? Do you struggle to know what workouts will get you faster? Unsure about how to set your training zones? There is science and data analysis that goes into all of this. With coaches with degrees in Exercise Physiology and multiple coaching certifications, Team Quest Coaches understand all of your training data, how to analyze it, and how to build your workouts to help you meet your goals. Don’t struggle on your own trying to figure out all the science and data.
