Bike Fitting & Service
Ride Better. Hurt Less. Go Faster.
Sick of aches, numbness, or just feeling off on the bike?
We get it—and we fix it. Quest Health & Performance is the only spot in the Southeast where certified bike fitters, physical therapists, endurance coaches, and a licensed race mechanic all work together under one roof.
Whether you’re chasing watts or just want to enjoy your weekend ride pain-free, we’ve got the tools and expertise to help.
We work with every kind of rider on every kind of bike—because comfort and performance shouldn’t be reserved for the pros.
Bike Fitting
At Quest, bike fitting is more than adjusting your bike.
It’s a clinical, biomechanically-driven process performed by Doctors of Physical Therapy who understand how your body moves on the bike. We combine movement analysis, posture education, and pedaling mechanics to fine-tune your fit for comfort, power, performance, and injury prevention.
Our approach includes:
- Full-body biomechanical assessment to align the fit with your anatomy and riding goals
- Postural training and core engagement to reduce strain and improve stability
- Pedal stroke and muscle activation analysis to optimize efficiency and prevent overuse injuries
- Breathing strategies to improve endurance and oxygen delivery
- Dynamic fitting tools to measure motion and alignment in real time
Whether you’re a road racer, triathlete, gravel grinder, or weekend rider, our fits help you ride longer, stronger, and pain-free.
Pre-Purchase Bike Sizing
Buying a new bike? Make sure it fits before you commit.
At Quest Health & Performance, our Pre-Purchase Bike Sizing takes the guesswork out of your next investment. Before you drop thousands on a bike that might not work for your body, we help you get it right from the start.
We look at the numbers that matter—your biomechanics, riding position, flexibility, and goals—to dial in key specs like frame size, saddle height, handlebar reach, and crank length. The result? A bike that fits you, not the other way around.
This is how you avoid discomfort, wasted money, and inefficient mechanics—and start riding with confidence from day one.
Cleat Set Up/Replacement
Small adjustments. Big impact.
Cleat positioning is one of the most overlooked pieces of bike setup—but it can make or break your ride. At Quest, our certified fitters dial in your cleat alignment to match your unique biomechanics, improving power transfer, stability, and comfort on every ride.
No more hot spots, foot numbness, or post-ride leg aches. No more mid-ride fiddling to get your feet “just right.” Just clean, efficient pedal strokes—and for triathletes, smoother transitions off the bike.
If you’re dealing with nagging foot or leg issues, or just want to get more out of your effort, we’ll make sure your cleat setup isn’t the thing holding you back.
Cyclist Assessment
Cycling shouldn’t hurt. Let’s figure out why it does.
Too many cyclists push through numb hands, saddle pain, or nagging aches thinking it’s just part of the sport. It’s not—and it doesn’t have to be.
Our Cyclist Assessment is designed to get to the root of what’s holding you back. We look at everything: your medical and injury history, strength and mobility, posture on and off the bike, even your shoe setup. Whether you ride road, gravel, tri, mountain, or all of the above, we’ll pinpoint whether the issue is coming from your body, your bike, or both—and give you a clear plan to fix it.
You don’t have to settle for discomfort. Let’s make riding feel good again.
Race Tune-Ups
Race day isn’t the time for mechanical surprises.
Our Cycling and Triathlon Race Tune-Ups are done by appointment only with our USA Cycling licensed race mechanic—because when performance matters, so does the person working on your bike.
We check and dial in the details that impact speed, control, and confidence: shifting, braking, drivetrain function, and overall responsiveness. Whether you’re racing a crit, time trial, Ironman, or gravel grinder, this tune-up ensures your bike is ready to deliver when it counts.
